the mouth is the only lobby access to a world where the alien is assimilated as own

Ortro or “the other anus: the mouth”, is a textervention that answers to the idea of macro.texts or habitable-texts.
Understanding the exhibit space architecture as the digestive system that consumes, digests and ejects. Through this Víctor developed a language based in the intestine as the brain. The first gesture he made and the genesis of the project was to literally interchange the mouth of the building (the kitchen) with the anus of the building (the bathroom). With this parallelism he constructed the idea of the ORTRO, maybe thinking of the mouth as an other anus which also expulses lots of toxins (the words).
The installation takes itself through visible ducts that refer to the structure of the building (the digestive systems of the same architectural writing)
OTRTO is a Lect-sculpture activated by an action in which Víctor read a poetry book (ORTRO) in front of a hanging mirror that reveals a cryptogram.
