“[…] My flat, for example, is decorated with the most heterogeneous objects such as my own drawings or compositions, some `ready made, ´folk art , etc. Many of our friends like this `ìnstallation´ and unknown guests have even asked us to see it after having seen the decor from aerial metro that passes by our windows. I could quite easily `create´this decor, decor bound to myself, but I do not feel able to do the same for someone else. The message contained in this decor is only addressed to me and to my people. The object of art, here, is a kind of `memory helper´that I address to myself, messages I`reread´each time I go through my door, messages that I´m not likely to forget.”
