Our protector, we precarious of the earth,
Give us this day respect and direction.
Protect us from the chaos of creativity,
And send us the managerial angels,
To guide the path to health and happiness.
Give to us paid leave and retirement plans,
Compensation and benefits,
And save them from layoffs.

Santa Precaria,
Who protects us from the bottom of the pyramid,
Pray for us creative knowledge workers,
And extend to all the other saints our humble supplication.
Remember the souls whose mentorship is lacking,
Who, uncertain, wander with neither direction nor freedom,
Appreciation nor dignity.
